Not living in the UK but still depressed!
I now live in Portugal - it seemed a great way to start a new life and leave my old thinking behind me, but guess what - two years now of living on top of a mountain and my old depressive thinking and actions have returned - only this time I'm isolated- except for my loving partner, who is totally fed up of me not moving on.
Is there an on line group for those of us who need to talk and get help, but can't get to a local group?
